Magellan Behavioral Health Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO We recommend that you contact your insurance company before the first appointment to verify that your ACC provider is contracted with them and to find out about your outpatient benefits. Additionally, many insurance companies require some information about your need for treatment prior to the first appointment. This can usually be done during the same telephone call. If your insurance company has no ACC providers in their preferred listing, most do have out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with the forms and necessary information that will enable you to get direct reimbursement for your treatment.
